Are you using the latest version of COBRA OnQue?
If you are using version 4.0 or any earlier version, we suggest you upgrade to
version 4.1 before calling technical support. Your version number is displayed
at the bottom of the COBRA OnQue main window.
- To upgrade from
version 3.0 or later, click the Employer Upgrade link below.
- To upgrade from a
version earlier than 3.0, call OnQue Technologies at

order a replacement CD.
